Yes! Ours did, and so can yours. Are we just “freaks”? No, I don’t think so. I’ve got many friends that have gone through successful long distance relationships. No. I’ve read quite a few books by people with a long list of credentials, only to have my head feel full of fluff afterwards. I’ve also drawn heavily on the experience of one of the people I trust the most – my father. He has over 30 years experience in guidance counseling and working with couples.
